OpenDots Two – Launch – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The “OpenDots Two – Launch” (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and must be legal residents of UAE.

3. How to Participate

Event: OpenDots Two – Launch

There’s only a free entry: people who place an order on Shokz OpenDots Two through Shokz’s official website from 14th August 2026 have the chance to get a Shokz Earbuds Accessory.

4. Event Description

Event: OpenDots Two – Launch

Prize pools: Priority 50 orders for OpenDots Two – Pearl White will get a Shokz Earbuds Accessory Nacre, and 50 orders for OpenDots Two – Grey will get a Shokz Earbuds Accessory Pianokeys, placed from 14th August 2026.
Rules: Gifts will be distributed sequentially in the order in which the orders are placed, and stock is limited to a first-come, first-served basis.
Confirmation of Winning Eligibility:
- Gift Added to Cart: When you add an eligible Shokz Earbuds Accessory, it appears in your shopping cart and on the checkout page.
- Real-Time Availability Check: At the moment you attempt payment, we verify gift stock.
  - Out-of-Stock Handling:
    - If the Shokz Earbuds Accessory is no longer available at payment time, the transaction will be blocked and you won’t be able to complete payment.
    - The Shokz Earbuds Accessory gift will then be automatically removed from your cart.
    - Proceeding with Checkout: After the gift is removed, simply retry checkout to complete your purchase with the remaining items.
- Final Confirmation: Your final order—including any gifts—will be based on the contents of your cart at the moment payment is successfully processed.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of the prize, and further marketing purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Liability

Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable country, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
