Wonderfull Choice but I have a question

I have recently bought OpenComm 2 in Dubai, and it is excellent. Still, it does not work well for the microphone noise canceling when I use it in mobile applications (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) outside and in noisy places, but it is suitable for calling in a noisy place. It occurs when I am out only, especially on the metro it seems this is entirely without noise canceling in voice chatting via social media. Do you know what is the problem? Is there any setting or software for this?

Headset is wonderful, but FW can't be updated without USB dongle

Headset is wonderful, but USB dongle is needed if you want to update FW.
Also there is no application available neither on the phone nor on PC to change the setting of the headset.
Sometimes headset needs to be restarted as it hangs when two devices are connected.
